Breathwork is basically consciously changing the way we breathe - sort of like meditating. There are a bunch of different ways you can do it, but we do it for personal exploration; to find the happiness from within.
How it works?
You are your own therapist, only you & your body know what you truly need. We are simply there to hold space and support you through your own emotional experience.
